You may choose to not share your content with anyone, share with your immediate family, your extended family, all of your friends or all registered users of the Website – the choice is yours. BensonsLife has built in features that give you complete control over that choice: your security and your content sharing settings on BensonsLife. Other registered Users of BensonsLife that you choose to grant access to your profile information and User Content (defined below) are part of your "Circle" on BensonsLife.

• Your acceptance of a BensonsLife registered User into your Circle of Friends identifies with whom you would like to share personal profile information and your User Content (as defined below). You can easily remove another registered User from your Circle, which will prevent them from viewing any of your personal profile information or User Content. You can also easily add another registered User to your Circle.
• Your privacy settings control what personal profile information and User Content you want shared with those in your Circle. At any time, you can change your privacy settings to share more or less of your personal profile information and User Content.
• You will be able to invite those Users in your Circle to events, and other Users will be able to invite you if you are part of their Circle. Event information is only shared with those who are invited to the event, and you will communicate with other invitees with your registered and real name (i.e. Jane Smith).
• In addition to sharing select personal profile information and User Content with your Circle and inviting those in your Circle to events, you will have the opportunity to participate in communities with other registered Users. If you choose to participate in any community discussions, then all information and content you post to the community will be available to all other registered BensonsLife Users who belong to that community. Communities can be private (meaning a User can only join if he or she is invited by the leader of that particular community) or public (meaning community participation is open to all registered Users of BensonsLife). Participation in communities is purely voluntary, and you can join or terminate your involvement in a community at any time.
• Only registered BensonsLife users will have the ability to view information and content on the Website, and each party's use of the Services, content and information is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.
• You have the ability to terminate your account at any time on the account settings page.

By using the Services, you are deemed to consent to our privacy practices set forth in the Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. If you do not consent to these privacy practices, do not use the Services or upload or access any materials from it. BensonsLife may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will inform you and other Users by posting the changed Policy to the Website. Subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terns and Conditions of Use Agreement, you and other registered Users of the Services are permitted to upload personal profile information (i.e. your birthday, hometown, etc.), photographs, videos, content, text and other information (collectively referred to as the " User Content ") to the Website, and the Website will host, display and share the User Content with those other registered Users that you choose and designate. Only members of your Circle will have access to your personal page(s), and you have the ability to add or remove friends and family from your Circle at any time. In your account and privacy settings, you will have the ability to choose which User Content is shared with your Circle. Any User invited by you and admitted to your Circle will see and communicate with you by your registered and real name (i.e. Jane Smith), and your personal profile information, pictures, comments and any other User Content on your personal page(s). In addition to sharing your personal page(s) with your Circle, you will have the ability to participate with other registered Users of the Services in community discussions to the extent that the other Users belong to the community. As previously summarized, communities can be public or private. When you participate in any of those community discussions, other Users that are part of the community will see and communicate with you by your screen name (i.e. JanetheMom) in public communities and your registered and real name (i.e. Jane Smith) in private communitiecommunities, and they will only see the User Content you upload to any community page(s).

Your User Content will only be shared by bensonslife with those other registered users you INVITE AND ADMIT into your Circle; provided, however, that if you post any user content on a community or community discussion on the website, then that user content will be available to all other bensonslife registered users who have joined that community. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO ADD OR DELETE USERS FROM YOUR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS AT ANY TIME. In addition, you can change or remove any user content that will be shared with your Circle IN YOUR ACCOUNT and privacy SETTINGS AT ANY TIME. IN ADDITION, YOU CAN REMOVE ANY OF YOUR USER CONTENT OR POSTINGS FROM A GROUP PAGE. Notwithstanding the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, BensonsLife may share your User Content to the extent BensonsLife in good faith determines such disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation or an order of a governmental body.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, we will keep your Registration Information and User Content private and will not share it with other persons, businesses or entities including third party marketers, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a law or based upon the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement, or any Code of Conduct or other policies or guidelines adopted by BensonsLife and posted on the Website from time to time. When you register with this Website, in addition to providing your real name (i.e. Jane Smith) you will create a screen name (i.e. JanetheMom) and password that will allow you to access the Services. Other Users you have admitted to your Circle or other Users that participate with you in a private community (which includes only Users invited by the community leader) will communicate with you by your real name; Registered Users that you have not admitted into your Circle that participate with you in a public community (which includes any registered User that joins the community) will communicate and interact with you in community discussions by your screen name. As a result, do not include any inappropriate or personally identifying information (except for possibly your first name) in your screen name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your screen name and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your screen name and password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your screen name and password. You must promptly notify us if your password is used without your permission. In such an event, you will need to provide us a new password and password confirmation information. You can also change your password at any time at www.BensonsLife.com/account/settings.

If you choose to use our referral service to invite a friend to join BensonsLife, we will ask you for your friend's first name (last name is optional) and email address. We will then send your friend a one-time email invitation to join as a user of the Website. BensonsLife stores your friend's name and email address solely for purposes of sending the invitation and tracking the success of your referral invitations.

The Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
